Yenchas has been making high-quality jerky for over 30 years as part of our deer processing services. It all started with the regular jerky recipe which has been perfected over the years. Soon, new flavor ideas began flowing and were well received by our customers.

Customers come back each year for our jerky. We have even been brought meat to make the jerky. Because of this, we have decided to make our seasoning available to the public. We have several varieties of flavors available and the potential for more!

​Yencha Seasonings LLC is owned and operated by Bob and Ginger Yencha. Last year alone we made over 500 batches of jerky, which has inspired us to offer our seasoning mixes to the public. We have a variety of flavors available and guarantee you will enjoy them. There is a flavor for everyone! We offer seasonings packaged for jerky making as well as in shaker bottles for all your cooking needs. Give us a try! You will not be disappointed.
